Cesare joined 360° Capital Partners in 2010 as Investment Manager. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as Senior Engagement Manager in the New Jersey and Houston offices of McKinsey & Company (2006-2010), as Consultant in Bain & Company (2005), as Project Manager in A2A - one of the leading Italian multi-utilities - (2003-2004) and as senior analyst in a Accenture - a global IT consulting company (2001-2003). Cesare has extensive experience in cleantech (renewables, energy efficiency and storage, low carbon technologies, water conservation), power generation, upstream oil and gas with particular focus on investment selection, deal structuring, strategic and business planning, business development and policymaking.
 
Cesare holds an M.B.A. from Darden School of Business Administration of the University of Virginia (2006), and Master degrees in Industrial Engineering (2004) and Mechanical Engineering (1999) from the University of Brescia, Italy. He enjoys outdoor sport activities, road cycling and mountaineering in particular
