Monica joined the team in September 2006 and is responsible for coordinating the deal flow by collecting all relevant information from prospect entrepreneurs and by being a reference point of contact in the various phases of our investment process.

Prior to 360, Monica spent 4 years in Public Relations/Communication/Marketing field in Milan (Maimeri SpA/Fondazione Maimeri, Reckitt Benckiser Italia SpA, Regione Lombardia) and one year in Brazil, cooperating with no-profit organizations (Grupo Cultural Bagunçaço – Organização Criança Adolescente).

Monica holds a degree in Public Relations from IULM University of Milan and speaks Italian, English, Portuguese and (a little) German.
